چکیده
تالاسمی یکی از شایع ترین بیماری های ژنتیکی در ایران است که انواع مختلف آن ناشی از اختلال در ساخت حداقل یکی از زیر واحدهای هموگلوبین است. اغلب این بیماران مبتلا به نوع β هستند در عین حال افرادی با کم خونی هیپوکرومیک و میکروسیتیک و الگوی طبیعی الکتروفوزر نیز دیده میشوند که احتمالا مبتلا به تالاسمی نوع α یا β خاموش هستند. این گزارش مربوط به یک خانواده از شمال ایران است که جهش تشخیص قبل از تولد به مرکز پاتولوژی و ژنتیک کریمی نژاد- نجم آبادی ارجاع شد. اطلاعات هماتولوژیک پدر حاکی از الگوی β تالاسمی مینور بود و آنالیز شایعترین جهش های β به روش هیبریداسیون معکوس جهش ivsii-1(g→a) بصورت هتروزیگوت را آشکار کرد.......
